3 cups frozen blueberries
2 bananas
1 cup (gluten free) old fashioned oats
1 cup milk
1 tsp honey (optional)
Blend all ingredients together in blender.
Makes 4 servings.
Optional: Can add toppings such as chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, granola, chopped walnuts, sliced almonds, goji berries, honey drizzle, sliced fruit, etc.
